Which rate of ṣadaqah applies for iḥrām violations — UK or Saudi?

I am currently in Madinah Munawwarah.

I need to give sadaqah for a few mistakes made in the state of ihram. Can I gave sadaqah here in Madinah according to the sadaqah al-Fitr rate of UK? Or must I give it according to the rate in Saudi Arabia?

Answer

Wa `Alaykum al-Salām

Sadaqah will be offered based on the current location of the individual that is paying and although it is more virtuous to give the Sadaqah to the needy of Ḥaram Sharīf, it will be valid if given in Madīnah Munawwarah, and Allāh knows best.
