Is there a difference of opinion in the Hanafi madhab regarding the lower of your garments below the ankles during salah.
Some hanafi scholars say it is it makroh tanzehi and some say Tahrimi.

The lowering of the garment below the ankles is either by way of arrogance or without the involvement of arrogance. It was the practise of the rich to drag clothing on the floor when they walked, the more money one had, the longer their garment would drag behind them when they walked. This unfortunately can be observed today too amongst the royal families and also at weddings. The more rich the bride is, the longer her wedding dress (the train) drags behind her. If the garments are below the ankle due to arrogance then this is Ḥarām and the Ṣalāh is Makrūh Taḥrīmī.
If it is without arrogance then the person has failed to adopt the Sunnah way which causes this act to be classed as makrūh too but lesser.
In Bahār-e-Sharī`at, Sayyidunā Ṣadr al-Sharī`ah mentions this act of wearing the garment underneath the ankles during ṣalah within the makrūh tanzīhī (minorly disliked) acts. (Bahār-e-Sharī`at, Vol. 3, Pg. 636) And Allāh Ta`ālā knows best.
