Answer
1. It is impermissible to take pictures or videos of the face or have them taken. This refers to pictures and videos of humans and all other living creatures. Trees, plants, flowers and mountains etc are not considered 'living' in this context. To watch such pictures and videos with pleasure is also impermissible.
رضي بالإثم إثم
2. It is Wājib for women to cover their face in front of unrelated men (Ghayr Maḥārim).
3. It is impermissible to offer Salāh behind someone who is not of the Ahl al-Sunnah Wa al-Jama'ah. Any Salah that has been offered behind such an Imam must be repeated.
4. It is preferable to hold the Jumu'ah Salah in an open field rather than the Masjid. There are six conditions which must be met in order for Jumu`ah to be valid. The sixth condition is that of unrestricted access (Idhn `Aām) whereby any Sunnī male can join the Jamā`ah. Schools, colleges, universities, prisons etc don’t fulfil this condition and thus Jumu`ah is invalid therein.
5. An individual who listens to music or qawwālī which contains the sound of musical instruments is a sinner (fāsiq). If the individual does this openly, he is an open sinner (fāsiq mu`lin) and not permitted to lead the prayer. Salāh offered behind such an individual must be repeated, and Allāh knows best.
