Question
As salaamu alaikum
Sometime ago, huzoor muhadith kabeer gave a few surahs to recite and blow on the palms and rub on the body before going to bed which protects a person from bad health. Can you kindly refresh my memory as to the orderly fashion and method this should be done in Sha Allah.

Wa `Alaykum al-Salām wa Raḥmah Allāh wa Barakātuh,
The waẓīfah advised by Ḥuḍūr Muḥaddith Kabīr (may Allāh grant him a long and healthy life) is as follows: After performing the five daily ṣalāh, and once all sunnah prayers, etc. have been completed, recite Sūrah al-Falaq and Sūrah al-Nās three times each. Then, blow on your chest, blow into your palms, and rub your palms over your entire body, reaching wherever your hands can. ‘In Shā’ Allāh, this will protect you from all severe illnesses. An audio clip is attached for further guidance, and Allāh knows best.
