Questions: If a person has started process of purchasing a house, the offer has been accepted by the buyer. Solicitors are now carrying out their checks etc and other legal processes, it is expected to be a couple of months before money is paid for the house. Can person deduct this amount from Zakatable wealth?

This question has previously been asked in question #4, the portion in answer to the above question is mentioned below:
If Zakāh becomes due after the confirmation of the transaction, meaning the offer ('ījāb) and acceptance (qubūl) have occurred, the corresponding amount will be deducted in the Zakāh calculation because the individual now owes that wealth due to the finalized transaction. However, if the transaction conditions have not been met and Zakāh becomes due, the wealth in question will still be considered in the Zakāh calculation.
