Question
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ و بركاته
Please could you write out in Arabic with all of the Harakaat (for beginners to read easily); The Durud Sharif which you can read specifically for when it is raining? Could you also provide the English translation with it please?

Answer
وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته
It is permissible to recite any form of ṣalawāt (durūd sharīf) in the time that it is raining. However, that which is commonly recited while it rains to attain the reward of sending ṣalawāt upon the Noble Messenger, upon him be salutations, for every single drop of rain which falls shall be written below. Various wordings of this form of ṣalāh/durūd upon the Prophet have been mentioned in the books of the pious predecessors such as Rūḥ al-Bayān of Shaykh ‘Ismā`īl Ḥaqqī, may he be shown mercy.
أَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلىٰ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ بِعَدَدِ قَطَرَاتِ الْأَمْطَارِ
“O Allāh send blessing upon our master Muḥammad in accordance with the number of the drops of rain.”
And Allāh knows best.
